General Terms
In the terms and conditions set out in this document, the following terms shall, unless contrary to the context, mean “You/Your/ Passenger the person(s) in whose names and/or on whose behalf the Booking is made” and “We/Us/Company/Our Company.
Scope of Activity
We are travel and holiday organizers only. We do not control or operate any airline, neither do we own or control any shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport or any other facility or service mentioned on our website or our customized package exchanged with you in writing before booking. We take care in selecting all the Ingredients In your holiday; but because we only select and Inspect them and have no control in running of them, we cannot be responsible for any damage, injury loss of life or the property which is caused by the act or the fault of the hosts and the handlers of any part of the itinerary any hoteliers airlines, shipping company coach owner/coach operator who are the company’s independent assignees directly or through the mediators or the contractors, lest such eventualities do not occur as our history of services speak volumes we tie all the ends and work at services 24 X7, Our guests have experienced how we care them and ensure even forecasts of weather or the local roads or area blockades and clearances, our tracking is the victory of our clients
These General Terms are to be read along with the itinerary specific terms handed over to you along with itinerary/handout and shall form the part of contract between you and the company.
By booking the package with us we assume these terms, you allow our team to take photos and videos of you during the tour. These may be shared on our social media pages, and we might even tag your account sometimes.
If you don’t want to be featured in our posts, just let us know in writing before the tour starts or anytime during the trip. We’ll make sure to respect your wishes and not include you in our posts.
Booking Process
Please complete the booking formality and share an email to info@nepaltourism.net and forward to us with 30% of advance amount of your total package cost to the company account in the name of …………………………….. . You have to pay the stated percent of amount along with booking form prior to at least 60 days of your departure. On receipt of your booking summary and in advance, we will confirm the booking and send you an email with your booked details package and complete invoice.
You must ensure to pay your invoice before 35 days of your Trip departure.
Payment Options
You can do funds transfer to our company’s bank account, payment details are provided in the website also in the booking form
Payment Terms
Please note that all services rendered and facilitated by the company are subject to full realization of payment by you prior to the date of tour commencement. In case the payment for the services availed by you is made by cheque the package shall only be delivered to you after the realization of cheque.
Note: Please note that company in its complete discretion shall refuse to accept the cheque or any other transfer mode if funds are not realized, remittances are must and mandatory before or on the very cut off date specifically marked / informed in the itinerary, personally to you as well updated through your email / WhatsApp or the message of your mobile phone.
Responsibility
Nepal Tourism Package works for the fulfillment of your every desire that you expect from our tourism packages. With fair intentions we work and give full attention to our prestigious guest. But for any change in your itineraries due to unavoidable circumstances like strikes, political unrest, earthquakes, flight delays, sickness, sickness, landslides, accidents etc. Any extra cost that is arising shall be borne by the client themselves.
Note: Flight cancellation is often when you travel to some hilly parts of Nepal like Simikot, Lukla, Jomsom, Jumla, Taplejung and Tumlingtar or even in the valleys of Kathmandu and Pokhara, Nepalgunj due to erratic inclement weather conditions. The day time on the hilly region is so windy that is why flights operate only in the morning in those destinations.
> Caution Sake – Company shall bear ‘No Liability’ for the services provided by the third party will not be made liable for any third party services like insurance companies, hotel, transport etc.
Accident or Loss
Nepal Tourism Package has no liability for the loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to our employees" negligence, in which case our liability is limited {Barring the loss of life, Personal injury, Personal and Property losses" Guests must care to get proper insurance to cover these said losses) Our liability is limited to our reasons that is limited to a maximum of the refund of the actual refundable tour cost as per terms of the contact of the particular tour. Rhetorically we say and mention with clear intentions that “We do not own or manage the vehicles, accommodation, and restaurants used and we have no liability for loss or damage caused by the proprietors or operators thereof" But we endeavor for the best of selections to ensure flawless travel with us.
Documents
Subscribers of the specific itinerary travel and tour must ensure absolute valid documents as per the requirements * For this check our Website, Respective Country State Consulates, for booking have to provide appropriate documents and while on the travel must have in the secured possession all documents,
Travelers are on their own responsible for holding valid passports, entry exit documents and other personal travel documents should there be any problem, we the company the organizers will not be able to help in the legal process of immigration.
For the Nepal Entry / Exit All the foreigners except Indian must have valid passport and entry document while entering Nepal. The entry approval can be obtained on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport or the check points at border.

Nepal Tourism Package will not be responsible if the clients who do not hold valid passport, ID proof and relevant entry/ exit permission for their Nepal and Tibet Travels.
Fitness and Safety
The client should be prepared that Nepal is full of enchantments and thrills, travelers Visit Nepal for various attainments Buddhas Lumbini, Pashupatinath Shiva, Jomsom Muktinath, further, to go for the adventure activities like climbing, trekking, canoeing, rafting, mountain biking etc.
We strongly advise our guests, clients from all over the world to consult their physician back home as well at the destination Nepal before they venture out for any adventures, Our guides are trained for the first aid they carry first aid kit as approved during the treks and any such adventure for the First aids.
Alternation in Prices and Itineraries
Prices are dynamic and tend to change due to currency fluctuation and allied factors may go up or down. We will give you the cost accuracy but sometimes as said they are influenced and prices may vary, but to assure we wouldn’t just revise per say but rationalize and substantiate the veracity. However, in all such conditions we reserve the right to increase or decrease the price of your itinerary or any specific component in the itinerary e.g.: accommodation, transport etc.
Amended Invoice reflecting such changes will be provided administration charge and any relevant travel agent’s commission if so! Will be included in the amended invoice.

A] Company’s Right to Cancel the Booking
To cancel your booking in certain cases and circumstances, we hold responsibility and reserve the right to cancel, to make clear our aim to provide you with the itinerary is as per the itinerary components deduced with cost calculations guides, transport, airline, accommodation etc.
We may cancel your booking if there is an event that is out of our control, such as war, threat of war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemics, health risks, hurricanes and other actual or potential severe weather conditions, and any other similar events.
Further in the line If, we do not receive the balance of the itinerary dues we may release the portion of the itinerary or release all the reserved components and cancel total of the itinerary in entirety.
B] Cancellation Charges
Guests may cancel the travel program at any point in time against paying the cancellation charge. These charges are a percentage of the total cost of your booked itinerary components.
Stipulated Period is explained in the “Cancelation Policy’, Written request for cancelation is a MUST that too by the person/ party who has been authorized to amend or cancel the booking, Company will not acknowledge any request from other than the authorized person/ party.
Notice of the cancellation is a Must, explained in the Cancelation Policy.

D] Refund Policy: Company settles all its refunds within 30 days * Subject to its realization from the respective component organizer or the agent e.g. Airlines, Transporters, Hotels Accommodations, Guides & Human Resource Agents Etc.
E] Cancellation Charges/ Refund Policy
Written Cancellation by email on the official email id info@nepaltourism.com or letter to the office address Nepal Tourism Package - Office No. S-11(C), Star City, Mayur Vihar, New Delhi - 110091 will be considered for the refunds and cancellation with the above said cancellation (deduction) and refund policy.
All the refunds will be settled after the settlements and credits received from our counterparts usually within 60 days of your claim period.

Travel Insurance for the Tourist
Nepal Tourism Package strongly recommend to its client to get insurance in their home country before they commence the tour packages. The insurance must cover the unforeseen cancellations, accidents, health, emergency evacuation, and loss of items, theft of or damage to baggage and personal life, whatever possible in the policy document.
Extras ‘Charges Should They Emerge” -
The extra ad-on levies arising due to unavoidable circumstances or due to reason that is beyond our control shall not be our company liability.
Complaint and Suggestions
If you have a complaint about your accommodation or vehicle, you must immediately notify the supplier of the service in question there and then at that location. If they are unable to settle the complication at that time, and a member of our staff is not available, you should contact us straight away by telephone on +91-9873698099 /e-mail us on info@nepaltourism.net and we will take up without delay and ensure the assistance and support. If you have any complaint regarding the services of our team member or any suggestion then contact us without delay.
Clients Conduct towards staff and other guests
Wish it never would happen to regret but for our right to refuse your booking or in the unfortunate situation fellow passengers or the staff crew members and others feel uncomfortable of your behavior, conduct which is objected if found troublesome or affects other co-passengers or is threatening or language is rough towards our staff or agents.
In any of the irrational conduct unruly and unbecoming of a person to deal with, we have every reason to dislodged such person/ party from the transport, accommodation or at any other nestling in such a case no refunds will be entertained rather company or the concerns will have the right to report the matter to the area securities, may ask for the claims and compensation against you the person / party.
Civil or the Criminal routs procedures may take its course following such unprecedented scenarios. Technical Legal Adverbs - Reference to “you” or “your” includes for the purposes of this section the conduct also of any other person in your party.
Legal Jurisdiction
All terms and conditions are in accordance with the laws of Delhi, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi (India)
