Rules of Reservation
(a) - Tour Component
A- Required to pay immediately the initial booking amount of Indian Rupees 10,000/- or 20% of the Total Invoice Value of the Tour Component * in order to confirm, without the booking amount received by us “Particular booking sought by you @ the quoted rates conniving to tour itinerary complexion availabilities at the time of booking can only be a possibility when the confirmations are processed with the payments.
** Reasons being tour components and their corresponding rates etc. are subject to availabilities as ell they tend to change
(b) Tour Component Air-Tickets / Cruise & Allied Transport Component
For the Air Ticket Component Care for making total payment before the provided T.L / time limit by the Airlines / Cruise-liners & Allied Transport Components
** Reasons total payment is sought before the time-limit set by the Airlines / Cruise-liners & Allied Transport Components is they release sought after bookings well at the nick of time-limit / click of clock.
Cumulative Payment Term
Total Invoice Payment should reach us *30 days prior in case of scheduled ‘Group Departure’ *in case of the non-group / separate reservations total payments can be made as ***Remarked by us notified *check our confirmation Remark*** by us whether it read 30 days or 15 days time limit - payment term prior to scheduled departure date.
Rules of Cancellation
Cancellation levies are accounted for on the basis of Total Invoice Value, Cancellation Amount will be debited and Refunds will be settled.
Cancellation Deductions
- - Tour Component
Once booked all cancellations processed for any reason will be deduced as follows-
- No amount is charged before 45 days *We do not levy on Tour Component
- 10% of the Invoice Value or equivalent to Indian Rs.10000/- if Cancelled within 45 days to 30 days of departure schedule.
- 25% of the Invoice value if cancelled within 30 days to 20 days of departure schedule
- 50% of the Invoice value if cancelled within 20 days to 07 days of departure schedule
- Less than 7 days of departure schedule No Refunds are Entertained.
(c) Air-Tickets / Cruise & Allied Transport Component
Refunds are Subjected to Booking Terms & Conditions of Particular Airlines / Cruise & Allied Transport Component & Cancellations arte Processed what Airlines / Cruise-liners & Allied Transport Components would endorse
(d) Insurance Policy
Insurance of any nature in not covered in our prices, nor are such options available at the time of compiling this information. It is explicitly understood that the clients are booking the tours at their own personal risk.
Important Point to Notify: Advance payments / booking for Kailash Mansarovar Yatra do not qualify a person or group of persons unless total amount due fully paid 30 days prior to a particular schedule. We the Yatra organizers within our rights to offer future dates /schedules of Kailash Mansarovar Yatra after full receipt of dues are realized.
