Triangle Tour of Kathmandu- Kathmandu-Pokhra-Chitwan

Kathmandu triangle tour consists of tour of Kathmandu, Pokhra and Chitwan. Kathmandu which is the capital of Nepal is one of the famous tourist places and consists of many famous destinations and pilgrimages. Chitwan is the place which is famous for wildlife centuries and national park where you can enjoy varieties of mammals, birds and some endangered species. Pokhra is the place which is famous for temple, oldest temple of Nepal is situated in Pokhra. This tour has two packages one is for 7 nights and 8 days by A/C coach and another package consist of 6 nights and 7 days by non A/C car.

8 Days 7 Nights: Kathmandu-Pokhra-Chitwan by an A/c Coach on SIC Basis

Day 1- Arrive at Kathmandu

Upon arrival of guest at Kathmandu airport they will be welcomed by the representative of NTP. Representative then drop you at respective hotel where you can relax your mind and body and spend your night peacefully. Guide will also brief you about the schedule fixed for the tour on same day.

Day 2- Sightseeing at Kathmandu

On 2nd day of tour guide will take you for the sightseeing of Kathmandu where you will enjoy the visit to Pashupatinath temple which is the famous Hindu pilgrimage in Nepal. This temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and located on the bank of Bagmati River.

Then guide will take you at Boudhanath Temple where largest stupa of Lord Buddha is situated and it is one of the famous and holiest pilgrimages for devotees of Lord Buddha.

After visiting these two pilgrimages guide will take you at City Durbar Square where you can enjoy sightseeing of old places, Kumari Ghar and temples.

Last attraction of the day is Swyambhunath temple from where you can enjoy the beautiful view of Kathmandu valley. This temple is the tribute to Buddhism.

Day 3-Drive to Chitwan

Chitwan is 5 hour drive away from Kathmandu, the distance between Chitwan and Kathmandu is 180 Km. Chitwan is the place where you will find maximum wildlife and reserves. This place is famous for its wide range of different species of mammals, birds and some species which are endangered and rarely found. Spend night at hotel.

Day 4-Visit to Chitwan

Guide will take you at Chitwan National Park where you can enjoy the jungle environment. Being in jungle you can also enjoy Elephant Safari which is the highlight of the Park. Spending a whole a day at Chitwan National Park is incredible experience as there are many activities to do like birds watching, canoeing, Nature Walk etc. you can also enjoy the folk dances of Terai.

Day5- Drive to Pokhra

Pokhra is 4 hours drive away from Chitwan, it is 180 Km away from Chitwan. Pokhra is the place from where you can enjoy the panoramic view of Annapurna mountain range and Dhaulagiri ranges. The best part is that there is no intervening between these mountain ranges to spoil the view. Resting overnight at hotel.

Day 6- Visit to Pokhra

In Pokhra guide will take you at Bindebasini Temple which is the oldest temple of Pokhra. Deity of Goddess Durga is the attraction of this temple. After visiting temple sightseeing to Patale Chango which is also famous with the name of Devi’s fall. Patale Chango is the beautiful waterfall of Pokhra and just opposite to this water fall there is one cave famous with the name Gupteshwor Cave.

Day 7- Drive Back to Kathmandu

 You will drive back from Pokhra to Kathmandu and dropped at hotel. Long journey makes you tired relax your mind and body at hotel.

Day 8- To the Airport

On last day of the tour you will be transferred to the airport in time to board to the flight for onward journey.
